Japanese Culture Day takes place every year on November 3rd to celebrate the culture of Japan through many festivities and events. Culture day is to honour traditional Japanese culture and promote the love of freedom and peace. 

The first week of November is known as education and culture week, where educational events take place to inspire and deepen the knowledge of Japanese culture with schools and universities across the country taking part.
